At first glance, I expected something a little more upmarket, but instead found a simple roadside café. Don’t let appearances fool you though—this place can cook. I had the Portuguese-style steak and my son ordered the pepper steak. Both dishes were exceptional in flavor and presentation, served with the kind of confidence you’d expect from a top-tier restaurant.
The staff were warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. The only thing that almost put us off was the menu card—it could do with a reprint, probably a victim of the heavy traffic this spot sees.
I may not be back soon since I was only passing through, but if I ever return, this will be my first stop to indulge again.- Group size

Absolutely delicious traditional food. We were seated quickly and the food came promptly. Excellent grilled meat, delicious fresh seafood, I want to eat here every day. I could go on but just come try it for yourself!

Superb little restaurant. Friendly service and food to die for. Ate there with my wife at lunchtime. Relaxed and authentic. Loved it.

A local Portuguese restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, helpful waiters. The prices surprised us; we ordered two veal steaks ,two soups ,they brought bread with various spreads, olives, coffee, and Coca-Cola, and we paid only €26. The food is really delicious and there is a large menu selection. I recommend it 100%.

Forgot photos cause we were so hungry but the food here is GOOD! We got secretos do porco preto (very soft and tasty) and cabrito (goat) was so soft and delicious.

Looking for an restaurant which was open, we found this one. Well, it matched our needs fully. Delisious sea food and nice staff. Sometimes it's good when those places you know are closed.

We very much enjoyed the big -indeed very big- portions, the friendly service and the food is just really good, from the fresh bread to just really good octopus.

The waiter was absolutely great. We had octopus and was tasty and on a perfect term, and the portion was good. Prices are fair to the quality of the food. Totally Recommended😉

I would say one of the best restaurants in the area. Very nice food. They have something different than chicken and pork. Super nice, attentive, fast service. What I forgot to mention: homemade desserts-it's a must to try them. We will definitely be back! and recommend everyone there something delicious to try!
Amazing place to eat, excellent service and unusal company on the table (in a good way), believe me. If you like Portuguese traditional food, go ahead!
